Many of our products (especially 0.02mm thin skin systems and lace frontals) are professional-grade; Bishmart LTD is not liable for damage caused by improper home installation or incorrect use of chemical adhesives.

4. Hygiene and Return Policy

Due to strict health and hygiene regulations regarding hair products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, styled, cut, or altered in any way.
To be eligible for a return:

• The lace must be uncut.
• The hair must not have been combed, washed, or treated with products.
• The original packaging must be intact.

Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is proven to be defective upon arrival.

Bishmart LTD shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions or skin irritations resulting from the use of adhesives, tapes, or solvents sold on this site. We strongly recommend performing a 24-hour patch test before full application of any bonding product.
