Shipping Fees & Consolidation

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. To ensure the best value, we advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Returns Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, systems and toppers can only be returned if they are in their original, unaltered condition (uncut lace, uncombed hair, and original packaging). Please inspect your unit carefully upon arrival before making any modifications.
